GIFTING

Will you include a receipt in the box? 

Receipts will be sent to the email address submitted with the order. No packing slip or receipt will be included in the box.

 

Can you help me customize a gift?

SHIPPING

We work hard to keep costs down for our customers, and this includes using the more affordable and fastest option available. To do this, offer a flat rate shipping of $12 for all gifts. 

We use UPS Ground shipping (3-5 days) on most orders, however, we do use other shipping couriers based on our discretion. 

Our shipping days are Mondays and Wednesdays. This means that if you place an order on a Friday, your order will go out the following Monday. If a Monday or Wednesday falls on a federal holiday, items will be shipped the next day. This is to ensure that gifts are not sitting in shipping warehouses for prolonged periods of time. 

Please consider any possible delays regarding COVID-19, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. 

 

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship domestically within the 48 contiguous states and Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Can I ship to multiple recipients at once?
Unfortunately, at this time we can only process one shipping address per order. If you would like to send to multiple recipients you may:

a) Make separate orders for each shipping address. 

OR

b) Leave us a detailed note at checkout with shipping instructions.

RETURNS

All sales are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. If a product arrives damaged please contact us.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you with your order cancellation. If you contact us after your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot retrieve or cancel your order.
