Will you include a receipt in the box?
Receipts will be sent to the email address submitted with the order. No packing slip or receipt will be included in the box.
Can you help me customize a gift?
We would love to help you create a custom box! Please contact us at least 1 month in advance of your requested delivery date to ensure we can curate the best products for your gift. This time will allow for curating, ordering, and shipping. Because we are a very small business with a team of 2, and limited stock on hand, curating a custom box takes significant time and resources. As such, our minimum is $100 for a single-order custom box (the final cost will depend on the items curated and agreed to). If you’re looking for a more affordable gift, we work hard to ensure that our selection of gift boxes include a variety of items and price points. Please see what we currently have available in our shop.
For multi-box custom orders please get in touch, we’re happy to discuss your budget, needs, and timeline.
We work hard to keep costs down for our customers, and this includes trying to find the best shipping options. We use UPS Ground shipping on all orders.
Can I ship to multiple recipients at once?
Unfortunately, at this time we can only process one shipping address per order. If you would like to send to multiple recipients you may:
a) Make separate orders for each shipping address.
b) Leave us a detailed note at checkout with shipping instructions.

Where do you ship?
We currently only ship domestically within the 48 contiguous states and Alaska and Hawaii.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 3 days for processing for your order to be carefully packed before shipping.
Shipping may take 2-5 days in transit. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping transit times vary by state. Please consider any possible delays regarding COVID-19, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
All sales are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your gift arrives damaged please contact us.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you with your order cancellation. If you contact us after your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot retrieve or cancel your order.
